Our attorneys will charge fees for services rendered. Hourly fees and contingency fees are left to the discretion of the individual attorney.

When you contact the Northern Kentucky Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service (“NKBA LRS”), you may be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and a brief description of your legal problem. While we strive to keep this information private, any information submitted will be reviewable by NKBA LRS staff for purposes of responding to your inquiry and making the referral. This information will be treated as non-confidential information. While we strive to protect your information, any information submitted to the NKBA LRS could ultimately be found on the Internet. The NKBA LRS does not warrant that this website service is secure or that any information submitted on or accessible through this website will remain confidential.
The referral does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or representation as to the fitness or suitability of an attorney for your purpose. Use of this website or submitting a request for a referral does not establish any attorney-client relationship between you and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
When you call the Lawyer Referral Service, you will talk to an employee of the NKBA, who cannot give you legal advice. The NKBA LRS does not employ lawyers or staff to answer legal questions or provide you legal advice. This service is intended only to assist you in finding an attorney to represent you. The NKBA LRS makes no representations or warranties concerning the legal advice provided by attorneys to whom referrals are made. The decision concerning whether or not to retain a lawyer, or to retain any particular lawyer, is solely your responsibility and the NKBA LRS retains no liability for such decision.
