Assistant Kenton Co Attorney Child Support Division
The Kenton County Attorney’s Office is currently seeking candidates for an open Assistant County Attorney position in its Child Support Division. This full-time position will include the prosecution of hearings, dockets, and trials at both civil and criminal levels. Attorneys are responsible for managing an assigned caseload, including preparing and conducting dockets, drafting and reviewing motions and pleadings, as well as handling any appellate matters. Communication with all parties to these actions is necessary in the prosecution of the cases. Applicants should be licensed in good standing in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
